Digital Nature of Purchases All purchases made within Watcher of Realms, including summoning crystals, energy refills, hero shards, seasonal packs, and exclusive event items, are classified as non-tangible digital goods. These items are typically delivered immediately upon successful transaction and may provide direct gameplay benefits. Accordingly, all purchases are final and non-refundable under standard conditions. 2. Limited Refund Circumstances We understand that rare technical issues may occur. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional and verifiable circumstances, such as: Failed Delivery: The purchased content does not appear in your account and cannot be restored via support. Accidental Duplicate Transactions: The same item is purchased multiple times unintentionally in quick succession. Unauthorized Charges: A transaction was completed without the account owner’s knowledge and can be proven as fraudulent. Billing Errors: The payment system charged an incorrect amount or delivered an incorrect item due to a verified glitch. Each claim will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis. 3.
